About AutoSSL
AutoSSL is a cPanel feature that can automatically issue and renew eligible SSL certificates for hosted domains.
For validation to succeed, the domain generally needs to resolve correctly to the hosting server and be accessible for validation.
If AutoSSL repeatedly fails, check DNS first and then review the AutoSSL status in cPanel.
