Restore a Database
Before restoring a database, create a backup of the current database whenever possible.
- Open phpMyAdmin from cPanel.
- Select the correct database.
- Choose Import.
- Select the SQL backup file.
- Start the import.
Restoring the wrong database can overwrite current website data, so verify the database name carefully.
